Historical silver treasure of the shooting club from the electoral era<\/strong><\/p>\n

From June 1, 2025, several items from the precious silver treasure of the St. Seb. Sch\u00fctzenbruderschaft Ehrenbreitstein 1520 e.V. shooting club will be on display at the MBH. All of the items date back to the electoral period during the reign of Maria Magdalena van Beethoven, n\u00e9e Keverich. At that time, the Ehrenbreitstein marksmen were held in high esteem at the electoral court in Ehrenbreitstein. Many high-ranking personalities donated beautiful silverwork on the occasion of their shooting championship. For example, Lieutenant Field Marshal Baron Wilhelm Ludwig von Hohenfeld donated a magnificent king bird in 1752. Even Elector Clemens Wenzeslaus, who won the shooting championship several times, donated a precious silver shield.<\/p>\n
